Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@electrocaddies.com.

Shipping Your Return

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
• Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
